Join us for an opportunity to slow down and embrace the power of mindful movement as we learn a dreamy flow surrounded by soft candlelight. This evening will be a chance to turn toward tenderness and explore slow, flowing movements in an unhurried choreographed sequence. We’ll start with a mellow warm-up designed to get us in touch with our bodies and then learn a combination of sensual movements on the floor and around the base of the pole. Complete beginners are welcome! No experience is needed.
Wear clothes that are comfortable to move in, shorts (with knee pads or legwarmers) or long pants are both fine! Knee pads or thick sweatpants are recommended.
