Wear a neon outfit and light up the night as you learn a short pole choreography flow! We’ll emphasize transitions, flowyness and following your sensual instincts. This workshop is for all levels and beginner-friendly (although we recommend having at least one pole class under your belt!)
Bring water and a mat for warmup, and wear white or neon colors to really GLOW under the blacklight! Heels are very welcome :)
